Refund Policy – Ignition E-Bikes
At Ignition E-Bikes, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of custom and electrical components, all sales are generally final, except under specific conditions outlined below.
Eligible Returns
Returns are only accepted for items that are defective upon arrival or shipped incorrectly by our team.
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
All returns must be authorized in advance. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for customer errors (e.g., ordering the wrong motor, battery, or incompatible components).
No refunds are issued for change of mind, incorrect installation, or damage caused by misuse.
Used, installed, or modified items are not eligible for return unless explicitly covered under our warranty.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
Ignition E-Bikes is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, depending on the condition of the returned item and its packaging.
