At Ignition E-Bikes, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read the following Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

 

Order Processing

 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

 

Shipping Times

 

Estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

 

Standard delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your region.

 

Rural or remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

 

Gold Coast customers may be eligible for same-day or next-day delivery — while this is not guaranteed, we do our best to make it happen when possible.

 

Please note: Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be impacted by carrier delays, holidays, or other external factors.

 

Shipping Rates

 

Shipping rates are included in the price .Any applicable shipping charges will be shown before payment is completed.

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor the status of your delivery.

 

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

 

Shipping Delays

 

Ignition E-Bikes is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number. If further assistance is needed, feel free to contact us.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

 

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of order.

 

Ignition E-Bikes is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

 

Lost or Damaged PackagesIf your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.

 

If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. However, we are not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

 

International Shipping

 

At this time, Ignition E-Bikes ships only within Australia.

 

We do not currently offer international shipping.
